Kitengefest is a digital competition and voting platform operated by GrooveHQSolution Limited. By accessing or participating in any competition hosted on this platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

• Participation is open to eligible individuals as defined by the competition organizer.
• Users under 18 must obtain parental or guardian consent.
• Kitengefest reserves the right to verify eligibility where necessary.

3. Paid Voting (Where Applicable)

• Some competitions may require payment per vote.
• Votes are counted only after successful payment confirmation.
• Pricing and vote packages are determined by the organizer.

4. Refund Policy

All payments made for votes are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated by the competition organizer. Kitengefest is not responsible for incorrect selections made by users.

5. Voting Integrity & Fair Use

• Fraudulent activity (including bots, scripts, duplicate accounts) is strictly prohibited.
• Votes obtained through manipulation may be invalidated.
• Kitengefest reserves the right to suspend accounts violating platform rules.

6. Platform Availability

While we strive to ensure uninterrupted service, Kitengefest does not guarantee continuous availability and shall not be liable for technical disruptions, maintenance downtime, or data loss beyond reasonable control.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kitengefest acts as a technology provider. Competition outcomes are determined by verified votes and/or jury decisions as defined by the organizer. We are not liable for disputes between participants and organizers.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
